Responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new hires to support Teratu’s growing team
  • Manage and process payroll, attendance, and employee benefits accurately and on time
  • Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and performance
  • Drive organization development (OD) initiatives to build structure, efficiency, and engagement
  • Conduct performance management cycles and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen company culture and improve overall employee experience
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Hands‑on experience managing payroll and employee benefits with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Strong understanding of organization development, performance management, and training design
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and foster a positive, engaging workplace culture
