PT Bukit Baja Nusantara, a leading manufacturer of fasteners in Indonesia, seeks an HR Manager to oversee HR functions. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resource management within the organization. This includes implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and hiring, managing employee relations, handling compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also play an essential role in strategic planning, performance management, and employee development
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, interviewing candidates, and conducting background checks.
* Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
* Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations:
* Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and complaints.
* Resolve workplace disputes in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Foster a positive company culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
3. Performance Management:
* Oversee the performance management system, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
* Work with managers to identify areas for employee development and improvement.
* Implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
4. Training & Development:
* Identify training needs and organize in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
* Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
* Ensure employees have the skills required to perform their roles effectively.
* Oversee salary structure, bonuses, and benefits administration.
* Conduct compensation bench-marking to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
* Manage benefits enrollment, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
6. Compliance & Legal:
* Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Stay updated on changes in employment law and HR best practices.
* Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal matters in alignment with company policy and labor laws.
7. Health & Safety:
* Implement workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain a safe working environment by addressing safety concerns promptly.
* Provide guidance on workplace ergonomics and wellness programs.
8. HR Administration:
* Maintain employee records, ensuring that all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal standards.
* Oversee HR-related systems and technologies (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management.
* Prepare and analyze HR metrics, reports, and other key performance indicators.
9. Strategic Planning & Change Management:
* Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
* Support organizational changes, such as restructuring or mergers, and help manage transitions smoothly.
* Actively contribute to fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:
1. Education & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
* A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) may be preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.
* Ability to work with diverse teams and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
