• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR administration, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian employment regulations.
• Develop a strong, professional, and high-performance company culture.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to management across the group.
• Build scalable HR systems and processes as the group continues to grow.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead the HR function across our growing group of companies operating in yachting, marine services, hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can build strong HR foundations, develop our people and culture, and work closely with management to support the group’s continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and lead the Group’s overall HR strategy and policies.
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Establish performance management, KPI, training, and employee development systems.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR administration, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian employment regulations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 5+ years of HR experience, with significant leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment practices and HR compliance.
• Proven experience across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Experience working across multiple business units or companies is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional, discreet, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience in yachting, marine, hospitality, tourism, luxury, or lifestyle businesses is a plus.
