🌿 Part-Time HR Coordinator – PT Nusa Nova Group (Property Management, Bali)

Location: Bali (On-site)

Schedule: 3 days/week, 4hrs/visit

As we expand, we’re looking for a warm, organized, and people-oriented Part-Time HR Coordinator to support our small but passionate team.

Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys helping others, and feels energized by creating smooth internal processes. You’ll support day-to-day HR operations and play a key part in ensuring our workplace runs harmoniously.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling).
  • Prepare and manage employee documents (Letter of Offer, contracts, personal data, and filing).
  • Prepare and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and manage the employee database (attendance, leave, and overtime).
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs, internal regulations, and workplace discipline.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Warm communication style and ability to work well with different personalities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and basic HR tools
  • Able to commit to 3 days per week (9 AM – 6 PM)
