Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all Bali-based positions, ensuring SLA targets are met
• Build and maintain a local talent pipeline in Bali
• Plan, organize, and execute HR-related events in Bali
• Act as a strategic Business Partner for Bali management and employees
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Address industrial relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Handle all routine (BaU) HR operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field with 3-5 years of HR experience
• Strong understanding of Bali\'s labor market
• Experience with managing and fostering company culture
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Bali
