Job summary
A leading company in Indonesia is seeking an HR Officer to manage the recruitment process, conduct onboarding programs, and ensure compliance with HR policies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience in HR are essential, with a preference for candidates from the oil & gas industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are also required.
Qualifications

- Manage the recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offering).
 - Organize and conduct employee onboarding & induction programs.
 - Support planning and execution of training & development activities.
 - Plan, organize, and execute company events (employee engagement, gatherings, outings).
 - Monitor and manage attendance, leave, and related HR administration.
 - Prepare HR-related reports for management.
 - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
