A growing HR consultancy in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of 4 years in HR or General Affairs. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Prepare and manage onboarding documents, contracts, and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records (absences, leaves, contracts, evaluations).
Monitor attendance (manual or via tools like Talenta, GajiHub, etc.).
Manage employment agreements and probation status reminder.
Collect and input attendance data for payroll calculation.
Coordinate with Finance for monthly salary disbursement.
Track leaves, sick days, and overtime.
Coordinate employee events (monthly gatherings, birthdays, team bonding).
Support training needs or internal development programs.
Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company regulation, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
Keep company handbook up to date.
Be the point of contact for employee concerns or disputes.
Help foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Support founders in building a strong, value-driven company culture.
Manage office needs: ATK, pantry, cleanliness, utilities.
Coordinate with building management or virtual office.
Liaise with third-party vendors (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
Organize employee travel (tickets, hotel bookings, etc.).
Plan monthly team lunches, birthday celebrations, and team bonding.
Run regular engagement surveys or feedback sessions.
Maintain internal communication and team motivation.
Manage end-to-end process recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records from contracts to daily administration recording.
Assist payroll and benefits administration, including employee welfare management and development.
Support founders in building a strong, value-driven company culture, organize employee events and trainings to foster high performance culture.
Ensure HR policy compliance and office administration.
Assist with implementing company HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee general office administration, vendor coordination, and maintain team communication and motivation.
Min 4 years experience in HR or General Affairs.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with BPJS, payroll basics, and Indonesian labor law.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and admin systems.
Trustworthy, empathetic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
