Job Description- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with confidentiality.
- Enforce HR policies compliant with legal standards.
- Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations and career development activities.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Experience in startups or tech companies is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, agile, and target-focused attitude.
