Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pos Pengumben, Jakarta Barat for a Human Resources professional at PT. Cuanku Selalu Lancar. The Human Resources professional will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, everyday office needs, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant field
- Master human resources tools such as Talenta, offline attendance devices, etc.
- Able to consult and make the most efficient & effective decisions to manage the company staff
- Excellent knowledge of Labor Law and Regulations in Indonesia
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Adept at managing confidential information in an ethical manner
- Highly sensitive to important dates & deadlines (calendar)
