Human Capital Manager – Oil & Gas (Offshore & Maritime)

Location: Central Jakarta | Full-Time | On-Site

Our client, a leading Oil & Gas contractor specializing in offshore and maritime services, is seeking an experienced Human Capital Manager to lead and enhance the company’s people strategy. This position plays a critical role in driving workforce planning, talent development, and strong industrial relations within a dynamic project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end Human Capital strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and execute manpower planning aligned with business and project needs.
  • Oversee recruitment, assessment, onboarding, and succession planning processes.
  • Drive KPI implementation and fair, transparent performance management across all departments.
  • Conduct talent reviews and implement development plans for high-potential employees.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and pay-for-performance alignment.
  • Maintain strong industrial and employee relations, including updates to company regulations (PP).
  • Liaise with Disnaker and external partners to minimize industrial relations risks.
  • Lead employee engagement programs and annual satisfaction surveys.
  • Develop, coach, and evaluate the HC team to ensure effective execution of HR programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, or Law.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Human Resources (Recruitment, Training, C&B, or IR).
  • Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices in Oil & Gas or Maritime sectors.
  • Mature, decisive, and hands‑on leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Based in Central Jakarta; able to work closely with both project and corporate teams.
