A leading IT consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking a Senior HR Manager to design recruitment strategies and manage employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law and a track record of success in managing a hybrid workforce. This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of the firm’s workforce strategies.
Full-cycle Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies for all roles including niche roles.
Onboarding & Integration: Create seamless onboarding programs that quickly bring new hires up to speed with projects and client environments.
Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps in banking technology domains and organize targeted training/certifications.
Performance Management: Implement and manage goal-setting (OKRs), continuous feedback, and calibration processes tailored to billable consulting teams.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that maintain high engagement in a hybrid/remote consulting workforce.
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, labor law compliance.
Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline: Build internal bench strength for key roles and maintain relationships with universities and coding bootcamps.
Employer Branding: Lead participation in career fairs, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry events to position the company as a top employer in IT consulting.
Manage office facilities, company asset management, and inventory control.
Act as primary liaison with building management, government agencies (for permits, reporting), and external auditors.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of HR & General Affairs experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and BPJS regulations.
Excellent talent sourcing & management and deep understanding of IT consulting roles and domain competencies.
Experience in budgeting and cost-control mindset for both HC and GA expenses, with high attention to detail and service-oriented approach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to partner with C-level and delivery heads.
High energy, hands‑on, and able to thrive in a scale‑up environment.
