Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in KPI setting, monitoring, and performance evaluations.
• Support talent management and succession planning efforts.
• Conduct organizational analysis and recommend improvements to optimize structure and performance.
• Maintain and manage HR data and reports using HRIS systems.
• Promote employee engagement and support effective communication across departments.
• Handle HR administration, policy implementation, and reporting.
