About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can lead and strengthen our HR function end-to-end. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, manpower planning, people development, HR operations, HRIS, performance management, compensation & benefits policies, and employer branding.

You will work closely with all departments to ensure we have the right talent, strong HR processes, and a healthy work environment. This is a key leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the full recruitment cycle
  • Ensure staffing needs are fulfilled according to the Manpower Plan (MPP) or ad‑hoc requests
  • Collaborate with universities, career centers, and communities to build talent pipelines
People Development
  • Identify training needs and plan annual learning programs
  • Organize trainings, seminars, workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions
  • Monitor execution and evaluate effectiveness
HR Operations & HRIS
  • Ensure all physical and digital employee data is updated and accurate
  • Oversee HRIS maintenance and improvements
  • Draft and update C&B policies
  • Ensure timely issuance of documents (offer letters, promotion letters, transfer letters)
Performance Management
  • Lead the KPI and appraisal process across all departments
  • Ensure timely submission of KPI forms and performance review results
Employer Branding
  • Plan and manage employee branding initiatives to strengthen company image
Leadership
  • Supervise and guide the HR team
  • Work closely with all department heads to define HR requirements and solutions
