A leading HR company in Indonesia is seeking a Human Capital Partner to drive talent management and development initiatives. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in HR along with leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have excellent communication skills. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in identifying manpower needs, talent gaps, and development priorities.
Lead and supervise the HC Development & Recruitment team to ensure timely, effective, and high quality hiring processes.
Oversee the full performance management cycle from goal setting, review facilitation, to performance documentation and improvement.
Develop and implement learning and development programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Individual Development Plans (IDP), and capability-building initiatives.
Support organizational design and structure updates, including job grading and role clarity.
Drive employee engagement, culture, and communication programs that strengthen alignment and motivation across teams.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, recruitment efficiency, training progress, performance distribution) to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HC Operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (promotion, movement, and probation review).
Provide guidance to managers on people management, performance coaching, and retention strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Capital, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or business partner role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and organization development.
Experience in designing and implementing HR initiatives that support business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is an advantage.
