Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Full-time Hub Lead in SOPPENG, Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. The role focuses on ensuring smooth delivery of goods from start to finish, acting as a bridge between warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL while training and developing the team.

As Hub Lead you will coordinate inbound and outbound operations, facilitate cross-functional communication, and ensure adherence to SLAs and metrics, promoting strong team performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Supervisor or Coordinator in Logistics or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the inbound and outbound logistics operations at the hub.
• Facilitate communication between warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL partners.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members for improved performance.
