Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's (S1) degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or HSEQ document control, preferably in an industrial environment such as mining.
  • Understanding of HSE management systems and experience working as a document controller or data analyst
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) & Database Management
  • Strong knowledge and experience in statistic analysis & risk management
  • Knowledge and implemented of EHS regulations & standards (SMKP, ISO 45001)
  • Strong experiences in incident investigation and reporting
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving
Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, and process large datasets from multiple sources related to HSEQ incidents, audits, and environmental monitoring, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns, trends, and potential risk areas, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare routine compliance reports and develop presentations based on data analysis findings, utilizing data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Build and maintain the HSEQ database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all records to support reliable reporting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new data collection systems and advanced analytics solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational and HSEQ teams to identify data requirements, align reporting standards, and provide analytical support for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and evaluate documentation processes and perform operational HSEQ data analysis to support system integration.
  • Oversee health, safety & environment implementation practices in daily work and within their work area in the organization.
  • Ensure that all subordinates refrain from any involvement in bribery or corrupt practices in their daily work.
