Job summary

Pou Chen Group in Indonesia is seeking an Energy Management Specialist to analyze energy use (electricity and water), perform energy calculations, and support energy-saving initiatives. You will assemble data and ensure timely system uploads, then report on energy and environment analyses while monitoring progress.

Additionally, you will conduct area/building inspections for K3 compliance and contribute to overall energy and environmental reporting and improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires S1 degree in OSH, Environment, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Understanding of electricity systems, compressors, HVAC and industrial utilities.
• Strong ability to develop reports, perform energy audits, and implement energy-saving programs.

Responsibilities
