A leading global player in aquaculture is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or related fields, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area. Responsibilities include leading safety audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training. Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / SMK3).
Lead safety inspections, audits, risk assessments (HIRA/HIRADC), and incident investigations.
Ensure company compliance with government regulations, UKL‑UPL, and environmental permits.
Manage HSE documents, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide training, safety coaching, and HSE awareness for all employees.
Oversee waste management, emergency response, and environmental monitoring.
Coordinate with external parties (regulators, auditors, vendors) when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Safety, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HSE/EHS within manufacturing, chemical, oleochemical, food processing, or similar industries.
Certified Ahli K3, ISO 45001/14001 Internal Auditor (preferred).
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, SMK3, UKL‑UPL/AMDAL, and risk assessment.
Experience handling audits, incident management, and regulatory submissions.
Good leadership, communication, and report writing skills.
