Responsibilities
- Managing HR operations: Overseeing daily HR workflow, administrative tasks, and general affairs
- Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing HR policies
- Handling employee relations: Managing industrial and government relations, and resolving labor disputes
- Conducting performance management: Overseeing and monitoring performance appraisals, and rolling out performance management policies
- Managing recruitment and selection: Establishing and leading end-to-end recruitment and selection practices, including talent sourcing, competency-based assessments, and job offer negotiations. Demonstrated expertise in talent scouting for Mandarin-speaking candidates, with a strong track record in identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality bilingual and Mandarin-proficient talent to support organizational needs.
- Managing compensation and benefits: Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies and structures
- Managing training and development: Facilitating training and development, including new hire orientation and onboarding
- Managing employee data: Managing employee data, including absensi, cuti, and other documents
- Office operations: Ensuring the office runs smoothly by providing for routine needs like stationary, drinking water, and catering
- Office maintenance: Keeping the office clean and tidy, and maintaining the company's assets
- Purchasing: Buying office equipment and supplies
- Scheduling: Managing the schedules of drivers, messengers, and other staff
- Events: Supporting company events
- Budgeting: Creating budgets for the division or RKAT
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Infrastructure: Preparing the infrastructure and facilities for company activities
- Complaints: Handling employee complaints about company facilities and infrastructure
- Vehicles: Ensuring the company's operational vehicles are in order
- Bills: Paying operational expense bills on time
- Permits: Handling lease agreements and permits for office needs
Job Requirements
- A detail-oriented individual with proven experience in talent scouting, particularly for Mandarin-speaking candidates
- Have 3-5 years related HRGA working experience
- A deep understanding of labor law and regulations
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
