Position: Human Resources and General Affairs Staff (Assistant Manager Recruitment)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Responsible for payroll calculation
- Manage BPJS KESEHATAN and BPJS TK
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures
- Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed
- Maintain and update employee data, attendance records and employee contracts
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and assets to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle KITAS application, renewal, and cancellation processes for Chinese expatriates
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Experienced in talent management, HR systems, and development programs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity
