Job Overview

Position: Human Resources and General Affairs Staff (Assistant Manager Recruitment)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Responsible for payroll calculation
  • Manage BPJS KESEHATAN and BPJS TK
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures
  • Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment
  • Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed
  • Maintain and update employee data, attendance records and employee contracts
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and assets to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle KITAS application, renewal, and cancellation processes for Chinese expatriates
  • Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
