Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, including language training as needed.

Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits negotiations.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers to facilitate continuous improvement.

Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

In-depth understanding of employment regulations and best human resources practices.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve human resource issues.

5+ years of HR management experience.

Fluency in English & Mandarin (both written and spoken)

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Minimum experience in the automotive industry is required, with knowledge of its unique HR challenges and dynamics.
