A prominent consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA Manager. The successful candidate will manage human resources and general affairs functions with a strong emphasis on the SunFish Payroll System. Responsibilities include overseeing the employee lifecycle, compliance, and facilities management, while ensuring all payroll processes are accurate and compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a Japanese manufacturing context.
This role requires a seasoned professional to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and General Affairs functions, with a critical emphasis on mastering and optimizing the SunFish Payroll System for accuracy and compliance.
The HRGA Manager will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle and office/facilities management, ensuring efficiency and strict compliance using the SunFish platform.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and local labor laws.
Talent Management: Oversee the full recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Performance & Development: Manage the performance appraisal system, identify training needs, and coordinate employee development programs.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary actions in compliance with regulations.
Payroll Management (Mandatory): Must manage and run the end-to-end payroll process using the SunFish HR system. This includes processing complex calculations (salaries, allowances, deductions, taxes, multi-country/jurisdiction rules), ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
System Optimization: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SunFish Payroll, configuring pay components, ensuring statutory compliance updates (taxes, contributions), and leveraging the system's analytics and reporting features.
Data Integrity & Audit: Maintain strict data security and integrity within the SunFish platform, conduct internal payroll audits, and prepare all necessary payroll reports for finance and regulatory bodies.
Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits calculations, tax filings, and social security contributions processed via SunFish are fully compliant with local statutory regulations.
Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional working environment.
Vendor Management: Manage all General Affairs related vendors and contracts (e.g., office supplies, security, cleaning services).
Assets & Logistics: Oversee company asset management, inventory, and logistics support for office operations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR and General Affairs in a Japanese Manufacturing company is a MUST
SunFish Payroll System Expertise (MANDATORY): Proven, hands-on experience in managing and executing the full payroll cycle using the SunFish HRIS (Human Resources Information System). This includes:
Setup and management of pay components and formulas.
Processing monthly and annual tax/statutory reports.
Leveraging the Employee Self-Service (ESS) features.
Legal & Compliance: Deep understanding of local labor laws, taxation, and employment regulations.
Office Software: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for complex data analysis, Word for policy writing, PowerPoint for presentations).
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage teams, handle employee disputes, and communicate with senior management.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll errors, statutory compliance issues, and general affairs operational challenges.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, particularly crucial for payroll and statutory compliance.
