About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Gunawan Elektrindo. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the human resources and general administration functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our North Jakarta office. This is a pivotal position that will contribute directly to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company\'s goals and ensure compliance with labour laws
  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Coordinate general administrative functions, such as office management, procurement, and facilities management
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, advising management on HR-related matters and supporting the organisation's growth and development
  • Lead and mentor the HR and administrative teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HRGA managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and general administration processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies to support organisational objectives
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • Adaptable and agile, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
