Job summary

Qualifications

HRGA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR activities including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, and industrial relations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and labor laws.
  • Supervise all GA operations such as security, transportation, maintenance, cleanliness, and licensing.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, labor unions, and government institutions.
  • Ensure accurate HR administration and compliance with labor and company regulations.
  • Foster a productive, disciplined, and positive work culture within the factory environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HRGA Manager, preferably in manufacturing or garment/fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, industrial relations, and HR administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertive, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Willing to be placed at KBN Marunda Jakarta Utara.
Learning & Talent Management – Jakarta Utara

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify employee development needs through training needs analysis, talent reviews, and organizational diagnosis aligned with business strategy.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs (training, coaching, mentoring, e-learning) and measure their impact on individual and organizational performance.
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies including talent mapping, succession planning, career development, and retention of high‑potential employees.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives such as structure design, culture reinforcement, engagement programs, and change management to improve effectiveness and productivity.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations on workforce capabilities, program effectiveness, and development needs to support management decision‑making.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Having 3-7 years working experience in related field.
Talent Management Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of employee training programs.
  • Prepare training materials and assist with session logistics.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback from participants, and support training evaluation.
  • Keep training records updated and manage entries in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Stay updated on HR and learning trends to support employee development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to work from the Head Office in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
General Affairs / Office Administration

Qualifications:

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Pos Pengumben, Jakarta Barat for a Human Resources professional. The HR professional will be responsible for various day‑to‑day tasks such as developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, everyday office needs, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
