About the role

HRGA Manager, responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This full-time position is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company's people policies and processes to support its growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective human resource strategies, policies and procedures to attract, retain and develop talent
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Manage the general affairs function, including facilities, procurement, and administrative support
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR and general affairs professionals
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to understand and address their people-related needs
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR and GA processes and systems to drive operational efficiency
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRGA management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and regulations
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis to drive decision-making
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a keen eye for continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
