Job description

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and offboarding

Develop and implement innovative HR policies, procedures and programmes to enhance employee engagement and productivity

Manage the general affairs function, including office management, administration, and facilities

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and design tailored talent solutions

Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of complex issues

Lead and motivate a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations

Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making as a member of the senior leadership team
