  • Strong knowledge in HRGA activities including Payroll, Compensation & benefits.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage HR functions, including performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR administration.
  • Manage and control General Affairs activities including office management, transportation, meals, cleaning and security.
  • Handle Industrial Relations matters, including communication with Government and vendors.
  • Handle company licenses, permits, and legal documentation related to operations.
  • Prepare HR reports for internal and government authorities.
Qualifications
  • Min. Bachelor degree in related field.
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in the same position in Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HRGA activities (Payroll, Compensation & benefit, Industrial Relations, HR Policies, Company license, permit and legal documents).
  • Proficiency in HR software (SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking, structured, systematic & clear time line.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in Kawasan Industri Jababeka I, Cikarang.
