Job summary

A leading HR firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage the recruitment process, payroll calculations, and develop HR policies. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have at least 2 years of relevant experience with a strong grasp of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information effectively.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Responsible for payroll calculation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.
  • Handle employee relations to ensure effective communication and positive environment.
  • Act as liaison between management and local employees, providing translation.
  • Maintain and update employee data, attendance records and contracts.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, and assets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Responsible for payroll calculation

Manage BPJS KESEHATAN and BPJS TK

Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures

Handle employee relations, ensuring effective communication and a positive working environment

Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees, providing translation and interpretation as needed

Maintain and update employee data, attendance records and employee contracts

Manage office facilities, supplies, and assets to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
  • Fluent in Mandarin
