Job Description

• Responsible for recruitment, restructuring, training, employee motivation and related activities.
• Preparing attendance report, BPJS, etc.
• Monitoring employee contracts, administration, leave, letters, and employee data.
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations effectively to management.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and personal data, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
• Building good relationships with internal and external parties (Employees, government agencies and related).
• Ensuring that work culture and employee attitudes align with the Company Regulations (PP) and procedures in place at the company.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
• At least 5-10 years experience in HRD.
• Understanding of Labor Laws and Regulations.
• Experience in Good managing HR and General Affair.
• Hard skills: UU Cipta Kerja, UU Ketenagakerjaan, HR Management System, HRIS, K3L, KPI and related.
• Soft skills: Leadership, discipline, good communication, negotiation, problem solving, drive for result, integrity, strategic agility, management skill.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) preferred.
