Job summary

A leading healthcare company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in managing HR cycles and employee relations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating strong knowledge of HR functions and data reporting in a compliance-focused environment based in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting leaders in HR processes such as goal setting and performance review.

Responsibilities
  • Support business leaders in managing end-to-end HR cycles by applying strong knowledge of core HR functions, HRIS, HR data reporting, and capability development planning.
  • Handle employee relations matters with a solid understanding of compliance, providing objective and data-driven recommendations for resolutions.
  • Monitor HR metrics, headcount, and workforce productivity to support business performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions: performance management, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and basic C&B.
  • Experience supporting leaders in HR processes such as goal setting, performance review, and talent development.
  • Proficient in HRIS and HR data reporting
