Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill manpower needs at the Head Office and project sites (staff, crew, drivers, and operators).
Screen and shortlist candidates, manage candidate documentation, and coordinate interview and offer letter processes.
Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status databases regularly.
Prepare induction data for new employees, including attendance forms and employment agreements (SPDK).
Distribute EPR (Employee Performance Review) forms to each department PIC on a monthly basis.
Submit leave requests for staff, crew, drivers, and operators.
Handle SPL (overtime work requests) submissions for the HR department and compile weekly SPL reports from each department.
Prepare BTA (Business Travel Allowances) and BTI (Business Travel Itinerary) for business travel of site personnel.
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance across all project sites.
Act as a liaison between Head Office management and site HR teams regarding employee relations, performance, and manpower needs.
Assist in organizing employee development programs such as training, coaching, and evaluation.
Contribute to manpower planning analysis and provide input for organizational structure improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR activity reports (recruitment, attendance, turnover, and training).
Placement: HO North Jakarta
Roster system: 12 weeks onsite / 12 days off if on Project Site
Facilities: Office laptop, meal & transportation allowance, business trips allowance, year allowance
