We are expanding our project site team and currently looking for a HRBP - Operation Officer who will play a crucial role in supporting both recruitment and HR administration at our company.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment

Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill manpower needs at the Head Office and project sites (staff, crew, drivers, and operators).

Screen and shortlist candidates, manage candidate documentation, and coordinate interview and offer letter processes.

Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status databases regularly.

Administration

Prepare induction data for new employees, including attendance forms and employment agreements (SPDK).

Distribute EPR (Employee Performance Review) forms to each department PIC on a monthly basis.

Submit leave requests for staff, crew, drivers, and operators.

Handle SPL (overtime work requests) submissions for the HR department and compile weekly SPL reports from each department.

Prepare BTA (Business Travel Allowances) and BTI (Business Travel Itinerary) for business travel of site personnel.

HRBP Support

Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance across all project sites.

Act as a liaison between Head Office management and site HR teams regarding employee relations, performance, and manpower needs.

Assist in organizing employee development programs such as training, coaching, and evaluation.

Contribute to manpower planning analysis and provide input for organizational structure improvement.

Prepare weekly and monthly HR activity reports (recruitment, attendance, turnover, and training).

Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, HR Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in HR or administration roles within mining operations (preferably nickel) or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of mining processes and heavy equipment.
  • Willing to be placed at project sites in Sulawesi & North Maluku Region for site visit on a roster schedule.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a remote project environment.

Placement: HO North Jakarta

Roster system: 12 weeks onsite / 12 days off if on Project Site
