Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR strategies with business objectives
  • Provide end-to-end HR support to assigned business units (workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations)
  • Advise management on organizational design, manpower planning, and succession planning
  • Partner with leaders to drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Analyze HR metrics and people data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently implemented and compliant with labor laws
  • Collaborate with COEs (Recruitment, L&D, C&B, Payroll) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HR, with proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist handling strategic HR functions
  • Fluent / Business-level Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking leaders
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willing to have a long business trip
