About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced HRBP to join our team at OPPO Indonesia Manufacturing. This full-time role will be based in Tangerang, Banten and will play a pivotal part in sourcing and developing our future talent. As a Mandarin speaker, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment efforts, particularly for candidates with Mandarin language skills and do some collaboration with HQ Team in China.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner closely with business department heads to understand operational needs and deliver strategic HR solutions.
  • Manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters – liaising with government agencies externally and handling employee relations internally.
  • Be familiar with all HR functional areas, with a strong focus on Talent Development – identifying employee growth needs and formulating effective development strategies.
  • Promote and reinforce company culture by deeply understanding and disseminating cultural values, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Proactively identify employee-related issues, respond and resolve concerns effectively, and enhance overall employee engagement and sense of belonging.
  • Ensure HR policies, compliance, and employee relations practices are effectively managed and aligned with company standards.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain industries, with exposure to HRBP, IR, and Talent Development areas.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, business‑minded, and results‑oriented.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
