Job summary

A leading consumer goods company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified professional to drive employee development and talent management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, 3-7 years of experience in related fields, preferably in FMCG manufacturing. This role focuses on designing impactful learning programs, executing talent strategies, and providing data-driven insights to enhance organizational productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a GPA of at least 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
• 3-7 years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience within FMCG manufacturing with more than 10,000 employees (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify employee development needs through training needs analysis and organizational diagnosis.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs and measure their impact.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies including talent mapping and succession planning.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to improve effectiveness and productivity.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce capabilities.

• Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs (training, coaching, mentoring, e-learning) and measure their impact on individual and organizational performance.
• Develop and execute talent management strategies including talent mapping, succession planning, career development, and retention of high‑potential employees.
• Drive organizational development initiatives such as structure design, culture reinforcement, engagement programs, and change management to improve effectiveness and productivity.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations on workforce capabilities, program effectiveness, and development needs to support management decision‑making.
