We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR to join our team in Jakarta as HR Business Partner (HRBP). This position will report directly to the Head of HR based in Jakarta. Job Description:
Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Collaborate with management and the team in Jakarta to support business goals through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Provide HR advice and consultation to managers and employees.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and probation.
Employee & Industrial Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and issues.
  • Foster a positive working environment and address employee concerns.
  • Manage and resolve workplace conflicts.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and process payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HR Projects:
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles (experience as an HRBP being an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders and strong in operation.
  • Embrace challenges positively and a strong problem solver.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices and Labor Law.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
