Job summary

HR Training & Development Specialist – Head Office

PT Kansai Prakarsa Coatings, one of the largest paint manufacturing companies in Indonesia, is a Japanese-owned company known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous employee development. We are currently looking for HR Training & Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify training needs based on performance evaluations, competency gaps, and departmental requirements.
  2. Develop annual training plans and manage both internal and external training programs.
  3. Design training materials, modules, and documentation as needed.
  4. Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  6. Support career development, talent management, and competency-building initiatives within the organization.
  7. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Training & Development.
  3. Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  4. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Understand job competency development, especially in manufacturing industry.
  7. Experience as an assessor is preferred.
  8. Willing to be placed at Tangerang - Head Office.
