We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin and English to support daily HR operations and act as a key liaison between local employees and foreign management. This role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and hands-on HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee administration

Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations

Coordinate HR reporting and data management

Act as a communication bridge between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally

Experience in mining, manufacturing, or PMA company is an advantage
