A leading mining company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a proactive HR Supervisor fluent in Mandarin and English to manage HR operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily HR tasks, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and handle recruitment and employee relations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and 3-5 years of HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory position. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin and English to support daily HR operations and act as a key liaison between local employees and foreign management. This role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and hands-on HR experience.
Supervise and manage daily HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee administration
Ensure company compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Support performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations
Coordinate HR reporting and data management
Act as a communication bridge between local employees and Mandarin-speaking management
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
Experience in mining, manufacturing, or PMA company is an advantage
