Job description

You will handle a broad range of HR responsibilities across recruitment, psychological assessment, document management, HR services, and employee relations. Your key duties include:

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, English interview, psychometric test, skill test, MCU, job offering, and onboarding.
• Update and maintain psychometric test modules to ensure relevance and quality of assessment.
• Ensure accuracy in psychometric test process including test administration, scoring, interpretation, reporting, and result discussions with stakeholders.
• Support performance evaluation coordination and ensure follow‑up actions are completed within the required timeline.
• Conduct assessment and consultation for personal problems, performance improvement, and people development.
• Maintain HR administration related to recruitment, contract preparation, employee record, personnel action, and job transfer.
• Handle employee referral program including referrer tracking, reference documentation, validation, and claim process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
• Willing to be placed in Bogor & Majalengka, West Java.
• Graduated as Psychologist, with a valid psychological practice permit (SIPP).
• Min. 3 years of experience, with strong exposure to psychometric testing, recruitment, people development, and HR administration.
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and counseling skills.
• High integrity and service‑oriented mindset.
