Job summary

A reputable company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage hiring, payroll, and compliance while acting as a business partner to management. Candidates must have strong bilingual skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with a minimum of 5 years in HR. Join us to help shape a growth-driven workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and HR best practices.
  • Able to work independently and act as a business partner to management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle hiring including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee data, attendance, contracts, and archives.
  • Handle payroll operations, including attendance calculations and BPJS.
  • Create HR & Company SOP, manage employee discipline and industrial relations.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and coaching.
  • Act as HRBP for departments to support their needs.
  • Empower corporate culture and communication.
  • Oversee organization development tasks like job grading and manpower needs.

Job description

Strong command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

Minimum > 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner

Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and HR best practices

Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and act as a business partner to management

Experience in using the Lark system is a plus

Scope of Work
  • Handle hiring includes job posting, screening, interviewing, ref. check, offering, onboarding
  • Handle administration includes the data of the employee, attendance, correspondence (contract, decree letter, etc), and archive
  • Handle payroll includes attendance calculation, annual leave data, BPJS (Social Welfare), payroll operation
  • Handle Compliance Regulation includes creation of HR & Company SOP, employee disciplinary, industrial relation task (such as Company Regulation)
  • Handle Performance Review includes Employee Self Performance Review, Job Mutation (promote permanent employee, demote, or transfer), coaching / counselling
  • Act as the HRBP, be the business partner for each department to support ad-hoc department necessity
  • Handle Corporate Communication & Culture to empower a good spirit and growth working culture in the company
  • Handle Organization Development includes Organization Chart, Job Grading, Level Grading, Salary Scale, Man Power Need, etc.
