We are now expanding our team to support the next stage of growth and local operations.

Position Overview

As the HR Manager for our Indonesia operations, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our local HR team, building strong HR systems, and working closely with business leaders to support our rapid development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Lead recruitment efforts for key and senior positions;
    • Build and manage the recruitment team, continuously improve hiring processes and sourcing channels.
  2. HR Team Management
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the local HR team;
    • Mentor and support team members’ professional growth, drive high performance and collaboration.
  3. HR Policies & Compliance
    • Ensure HR practices are fully compliant with Indonesian labor laws;
    • Localize global HR policies to align with Indonesian culture and regulations;
    • Manage contracts, probation periods, and employee exit processes.
  4. Business Partnership
    • Act as an HR partner to business leaders, helping optimize organizational structure and talent strategy;
    • Provide practical HR solutions to support business goals and team growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of HR experience across multiple functions;
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR team management;
  • Experience working in an e-commerce company;
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and local employment practices;
  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
