Job summary

A retail company in Tangerang Selatan is seeking an HR Manager to oversee hiring processes, manage employee data, and handle payroll administration. Qualifications

Job description

Managing end-to-end hiring processes in all store, from job postings and interviews to onboarding - training new employees.

Managing employee data and documentation (employment agreements, contract, attendance, leave, etc.) and regularly updating the employee database.

Assisting in the payroll process and benefits administration (Salary, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, Overtime, Incentive, THR, etc.).

Handling employee complaints and workplace relationship issues, while maintaining effective communication between management and employees.

Requirements :

Have S1 Bachelor Degree from any majors.

Minimum 3+ years HR Operation experience, preferably retail, retail lifestyle/ fashion, F&B industry, with focus on recruitment, training, employee relations and administration .

Having knowledge and willing to handle a whole process of HR administrative matters.

Having knowledge of employment regulation and HR Best Practices.

Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Willing to travel or visit branches/outlets as needed.
