Job description

Supervise and coordinate the HR team, ensuring alignment with Managers and Directors.

Analyze HR data to enhance HR strategies, processes, and team productivity.

Manage organizational development, training & development, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.

Develop and maintain HRIS (Odoo, Talenta) workflows for efficiency and compliance.

Create and implement development programs, SOPs, action plans, and internal memos.

Work with business unit heads and cross-functional managers to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.

Document HR processes and present development initiatives to management.

Support departmental restructuring to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Coordinate with IT to implement and optimize HR systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, MIS, HR, or related field.
