Responsibilities
  • Lead the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding with a structured, efficient, and people-centered approach.
  • Build and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent attraction strategy.
  • Design and execute culture & engagement programs to foster collaboration, motivation, and alignment with company values.
  • Developed and facilitated targeted training & development programs, aligned with the organization’s Matrix Competency, to boost employee capabilities and performance.
  • Manage internal communications and organize company events such as townhalls, sharing sessions, and small gatherings.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, recruitment pipeline, engagement index) to provide insights for people strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, or Management) with 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in People & Culture, recruitment, employee engagement, and people development, ideally within a large-scale or national-level company.
  • Highly passionate about building impactful employee experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in roles related to Human Resources and People & Culture as listed in the job description.
