A leading HR service provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking an HR Manager to oversee HR functions, develop policies, and promote employee engagement across departments. The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment and industrial relations, with a strong ability to communicate effectively. This position offers a comprehensive approach to HR management, supporting team growth and compliance with regulations.
Oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, organizational managements, benefits, industrial relation and HR administration.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with business goals.
Promote a positive workplace environment and employee engagement across all departments.
Prepare HR reports for internal stakeholders and government authorities (e.g., labor office, auditors).
Able to handling employee & industrial relation related issues independently
Lead and supervise team include providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Have an experience in retail industry is a point plus
Perform other HR duties as assigned
