A leading Indonesian company is seeking an HR Manager with 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist and People Business Partner roles. The candidate will lead HR functions including Learning & Development, Recruitment, and employee administration. A strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and proven leadership skills are essential for this role. Candidates should also be proficient in HRIS systems and Google Workspace.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience especially in HR Generalist and People Business Partner, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, F&B, hospitality or similar field and experience in handling team
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and current HR best practices
Proficient in using HRIS systems and Google Workspace
Have high creativity and tech savvy
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
Lead and support the needs of human resources especially in Learning and Development, Recruitment, General Affairs, Compensation & Benefit
Supervise personnel administration, including employee data, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and other legal documents
Assist in performance evaluation processes, including KPI development and reporting
Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance competencies
Prepare and present regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover) to management
Lead and develop the HR team to work effectively and meet targets
