Responsibilities
- Execute the recruitment and selection process based on organizational needs.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data and records (attendance, leave, transfer, promotion, etc.).
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various job levels and conduct regular evaluations.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs based on organizational needs and competency assessments.
- Formulate and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage performance improvement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues and act as a bridge between management and employees.
- Oversee activities related to employee welfare and industrial relations.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of documentation for internal and external audits (ISO, SMK3, etc.).
- Prepare regular HR reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, especially in recruitment, training, performance management, and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing KPIs and managing performance evaluation processes.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and general HR practices.
- Proficient in HR administration and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably experienced in handling compliance audits (e.g., ISO, SMETA, BSCI).
