Human Resources Supervisor

We are looking for a qualified professional to lead our Human Resources team and support our global operations. The role involves overseeing daily HR activities, ensuring efficient recruitment, developing policies, managing employee relations, and driving training initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily HR activities.
  • Ensure effective and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Organize and monitor employee training and development programs.
  • Provide regular HR reports and insights to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in law, psychology, or management HR.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR supervisor or similar role, preferably within the industrial & employee relations industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Good problem‑solving skills and readiness to face conflicts around industrial relations.
  • Knowledge of compensation & benefits, training and development, and recruitment to manage the team.
  • Available to be placed in Cibitung.
