About Us:

A leading Chinese beauty brand management group on a mission to make beauty simpler. As we excitingly expand into Indonesia, we are looking for a dynamic and hands‑on HR professional to be the engine of our recruitment efforts and help us build a fantastic team.

The Role:

This is a key role for a recruitment expert who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will be central to our growth, responsible for finding and attracting top talent to join our new Jakarta team. You will also get hands‑on experience in all aspects of HR, making it a perfect role for someone looking to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus): Execute end‑to‑end recruitment to support the goal of building a 20‑person team. Manage and develop local recruitment channels (Jobstreet, Kalibrr, campus, referrals) to achieve a target of ≥3 hires per month.
  • Onboarding & Retention: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process and help ensure a high first‑month retention rate for new hires.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist in payroll preparation, attendance management, and maintaining HR records with high accuracy.
  • Culture & Compliance Support: Help organize employee engagement activities and support the HR Manager in implementing local labor compliance and policies.
Requirements:
  • Must‑Haves:
    • Native Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency.
    • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on recruitment. A proven track record of filling multiple roles monthly is essential.
    • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law (Manpower Act) fundamentals.
    • Hands‑on, proactive, and able to work effectively in a startup environment.
  • Strong Pluses:
    • Prior experience in a Chinese or multinational FMCG/retail company.
    • Experience using HRIS systems.
