A consulting firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and implement HR policies. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Internet platform, digital ecosystem, or F&B delivery industry. This role involves maintaining employee records, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures based on company needs.
Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and support payroll coordination.
Support manpower planning and organizational structure development.
Assist in compensation and benefits management to ensure fairness and alignment with market standards.
Coordinate employee relations, performance management cycles, and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with company regulations and local labor laws.
Prepare HR reports and support continuous HR improvement initiatives.
Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR (Experience in Internet platform, digital ecosystem, or F&B delivery industry).
