Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for several posision.
  • Work with HRBP and business leaders to understand hiring needs and plan manpower.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality, especially in sales and livestream skills.
  • Manage the recruitment process: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Track recruitment progress and share regular updates with management.
  • Guide and support junior recruiters.
  • Stay updated on talent trends in fashion, livestreaming, and e-commerce.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • English required, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Good understanding of HR systems and recruitment tools (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Able to work fast and adapt in a dynamic environment.
